Sensitive or Sensible?
– Sensitive means that a thing or person notices every little thing; it can also mean a person is emotionally fragile, and starts crying very easily.
“Frank is very sensitive about the huge mole on his face, so don’t mention it!”
“The compass is very sensitive, so keep it far away from magnets!”
– Sensible describes something that is reasonable and logical.
“A sensible person would never go bungee-jumping off a bridge, but no one has ever accused me of being sensible!”
