Though, even though and although are used to express a contrast.

• They can be put at the beginning of a sentence:

Although/Even though/Though Julie had passed all her exams, she couldn´t find a good job.

• They can also be put in the middle:

Julie couldn´t find a good job although/even though/though she had passed all her exams

• Though can be put at the end of a sentence:

Julie couldn´t find a good job. She had passed all her exams, though.

(Notice even though is more emphatic than although)
